Job Description
This position supports the management of the corporate communication and media relations functions for the Rottnest Island Authority. The role supports the organisation with internal and external communications.
Selection Criteria

Essential
Demonstrate experience in the delivery of Corporate Communications services including corporate brand and reputation (issues) management, and strategic communication plans.
Significant communication and engagement experience with expertise in delivering project engagement and communications activities.
Demonstrated, highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write fluently and persuasively in a range of styles and formats.
Experience in project management to deliver project outcomes across several concurrent projects.
- Demonstrated, well developed organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet concurrent deadlines.
Desirable
Behaviour that reflects Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.
Experience with digital platforms including content management systems, social media publishing and email platforms.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or communications related field.
Note: The successful applicant will be required to possess or obtain a current (issue date not older than 6 months) and satisfactory National Police Check prior to commencement.
