Senior Credit Controller

The Role:

• Senior Credit Controller/Collections Officer
• Financial Services organisation
• Excellent compensation (80-85k + super)
• Hybrid working
• Team of 4

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate credit team to manage credit risk and minimise bad debt
• Ensure Credit Policies and Procedures are adhered to
• Initial Escalation point, ensuring all queries are resolved
• Maintaining the debtors ledger within policy guidelines to ensure team are meeting monthly KPI
• Provide assistance to the Credit Team Leader with auditing, month end reporting
• Assisting with training and development of new staff
• Providing excellent customer service
• Understanding of Consumer Credit Laws
