Exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a State Government department as Senior Customer Contact Officer located in Cannington for an initial 3-month temporary contract. We are looking for an administrator with strong administration and customer service skills, to work full-time hours, on an initial temporary basis. To start immediately.
Your new role
- Works as part of a team to ensure a high quality and timely service delivery in a demanding environment
- Maintains accurate recording of all relevant call information
- Contributes to the updating of all reference material used in the contact centre
- Assists with the training and ongoing support of the team
- Collates statistical data for the inclusion of reports
- Delivers consistent and accurate information to customers by telephone, email and face to face and assists in more complex enquiries
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous administration and customer service experience
- Previous contact centre and work, health and safety experience is a bonus
- Experienced in the collation, preparation and analysis of statistical information.
- State government experience preferred but not essential
- A current police clearance, dated within the past 3 months (or willing to obtain)
