We are growing and now have the opportunity to bring in a new talented Senior Customer Experience Coordinator to join the AHB Group family. Our CEC team takes care of our customers from Sales Accept through to handing over the keys to their new home.
The Role
- You will play a pivotal role in our customers’ building journey by offering them support and guidance throughout the process
- Working within a tight-knit and supportive team
- Ability to establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholders
- Utilising technology, internal systems, industry knowledge, and AHB Group software to deliver a seamless Customer Experience
- Maintaining accurate data entry in line with the Customer Journey and AHB Group policy and procedure
- Supporting the Construction team.

- You have a high emphasis on Customer Service
- A caring/empathetic nature when dealing with clients
- Well-developed communication skills
- High level of personal presentation

- Strong attention to detail

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar role in Australia
- Qualifications in building industry and/or relevant customer service knowledge, skills, and experience
- Highly developed computer literacy skills
- Able to prioritize and handle a large workload
- A strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task
- Strong written & verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner
