Our detailed property inspection reports, provided to Australian standards, are in a format, which is easy to read and understand. Our business operates across Western Australia and continues to grow.
About the Role
We pride ourselves on our Customer Service. Through our Customer Service team, located in our Balcatta office, we are able to support our customers and our builing inspectors by having a service team that is readily available to help with enquiries, bookings, report status, special needs and general questions.

Duties
Key duties associated with the role include:
- Responding to client enquiries
- Booking building inspections
- Provide inspection quotes using in house systems
- Assist in the finalisation and production of building inspection reports submitted by our Building Inspectors
- General Office Administration
Required Skills
- Happy, engaging, dependable team player who takes ownership of their role and responsibilities and will contribute positively to our office environment
- Excellent communication skills (both written, verbal and especially phone)
- An ability to empathise and engage with clients who are purchasing or building their dream home and require reassurance during the process
- Exceptional call management and call interaction skills. Not afraid to accept inbound phone enquires as business opportunities
- The ability to communicate effectively with our clients
- Excellent, organised, efficient and reliable administrative skills
- High degree of accuracy with the ability to proof read client reports
- Computer literacy with normal office software.
- An ability to commit and contribute to the attainment of our business goals and objectives
Ideal Experience
- Experience in working autonomously but within a highly productive team in a small company
- Experienced in managing telephone inquiries
- Demonstrated above average administrative skills gained through a busy office environment
- Experience in IT systems and the MS Office suite.
- Exposure to the construction and or real estate industry terms/jargon would be a valuable advantage
Houspect will provide further training for successful applicants. Hours of work are 8.30 to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
