Senior Data & Insights Analyst

Our client is a market-leader in their industry and looking for a Senior Data Analyst to innovate and pioneer the way forward as they go through a cloud transformation journey. You'll sit within a high-performing and engaged Data & Analytics team embedded within Finance, and have the ability to drive automation and data driven solutions.
The Role

• You'll work end-to-end with stakeholders, understanding requirements, translating to technical, analysing and manipulating data and then delivering compelling data visualisations, insights and dashboards
• Uplift and automate processes and dashboards as the business moves from on-prem to Google Cloud (GCP)
• Mentor and coach junior member of the team, which presents a great first step into management
• Ensure data quality and drive data governance

Skills Required

• First and foremost, you must be an advanced user of SQL
• Data visualisation experience (Tableau preferred)
• Proven ability working collaboratively with stakeholders in a consultative manner
• Learning mindset, natural curiosity, commercial acumen and the drive to continually grow and develop
• Nice to haves include Python, Alteryx, Cloud experience, working within a Finance department/ stakeholders
