Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, the Senior Document Controller will control documents on all projects for De Grey Mining ensuring that projects and company requirements are met concerning incoming and outgoing documentation following the company procedures and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register documents from internal and external sources.
- Implement project document control system, workflows, procedures, and work instructions.
- Create and maintain document workflows, including receiving, classifying, managing, distributing, and filing documentation.
- Maintain document register, ensuring deliverables for each discipline are up to date.
- Manage project documentation and deliverables.
- Distribute documents according to distribution requirements and systems.
- Ensure adherence to Document Control processes and document them appropriately.
- Other tasks as required by the business or as directed by your manager.
Key Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of Vendor data management and Design control processes
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a project environment, ideally within Projects in mining industry.
- Great communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Intermediate use of MS Office and Adobe Pro.
- A passion for development, growth, and continuous improvement.
