About the Role:
As a Senior Document Controller, you will become an integral part of our dynamic project team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless delivery of project drawings, technical queries, and handover documentation to our valued clients. In addition to this, you will play a crucial role in staff mobilization to project sites and provide essential administrative support to the project team. Attention to detail is key in this fast-paced environment.
About You:
We are seeking a motivated Document Controller with:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Proficiency in systems like Aconex and Teambinder (Essential), or a quick learner of various client-based systems.
- Experience in booking and coordinating flights, medicals, and inductions.
- Tenders preparation and submission skills are an advantage.
- Competence in updating and maintaining registers.
