Estimators stagnate, get worked hard and are well-hidden and yet paid a small fortune to stay in their current jobs, so they plod along. ‘Comfortable’ with what they have, they sometimes feel indispensable, but I rarely hear them sing the praises of where they are.
- $250k++ - A solid wage with so many more pluses
- Western Sydney location
- Be the envy of Estimators everywhere
Your new and best employer yet
I am working with a mid-tier civil contractor who, in the opinion of many is destined to become the new Abi Group - If you know what that means you have been in this industry for the right amount of time. The MD has shown me an org chart of what’s expected to come, their plan is a good one and working very well so far.
They don’t care whether you’ve been using Candy, Benchmark or Excel. What they seek is the right temperament, ambition and attitude to go with them on their journey. They don’t want a ‘plodder’ or a number cruncher they want passionate leaders who will push those above to fill that org chart.
Let me just add, these people are an absolute joy to work with - all of them. They don’t bring in snakes, turncoats, or finger pointers. Everyone works together supports one another and the level of camaraderie unrivalled. There is no club or clique and nor will one be tolerated. What is here is a harmonious place to do good things.
About You
