• Engage in client negotiations, optimising service offerings and costs to boost revenue through various events, including weddings, private functions, and high-profile events.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless event experiences, ensuring high-quality service that meets the expectations of our distinguished clientele.
• Analyse market data to drive revenue growth, providing insights that will shape our catering services' direction and management.

About you:

• Proven experience in managing events of various scales and types, preferably within a service-focused hospitality environment.
• Expertise in menu planning, pricing, and the creation of comprehensive catering packages.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with a wide range of clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in content creation, concept design, and the development of marketing plans.
• Strong organisational abilities, with a track record of managing workloads and meeting tight deadlines.
