- Engage in client negotiations, optimising service offerings and costs to boost revenue through various events, including weddings, private functions, and high-profile events.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless event experiences, ensuring high-quality service that meets the expectations of our distinguished clientele.
- Analyse market data to drive revenue growth, providing insights that will shape our catering services' direction and management.
About you:
- Proven experience in managing events of various scales and types, preferably within a service-focused hospitality environment.
- Expertise in menu planning, pricing, and the creation of comprehensive catering packages.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with a wide range of clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in content creation, concept design, and the development of marketing plans.
