The Role:
The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for providing the safe and efficient co-ordination and delivery of services in conjunction with their key reports at a local level and provides State based leadership in the operation and administration of the Contract.
This position takes a dynamic approach to managing costs, commercial opportunities, and work quality in the achievement of performance targets. The position is actively involved in promoting positive staff morale, safe work environment and developing an appropriate business and customer focus within their contract.
The size of the portfolio is around 750 sites. This role takes in about 150 out of the total 750 sites.
Main Duties and Experience:
- Experience in managing and meeting service vendors, Store and Store Operations Liaison, Quote Approval, Minor Works Approval.
- Experience in managing reactive and preventative maintenance.
- Strong customer service skills/experience
- Has strong experience in both hard and soft services.
- Must be able to identify issues, deal with escalations, deal with contractors/tenants, prevent incidents, whilst preventing any damage
- Experience in providing and organising safety and the control of risk, dissemination of information, instruction, training, and supervision.
- Experience in monitoring and evaluating operational performance, service and quality standards and the efficiency of staff and processes.
- Strong Experience in stakeholder relationship.
- Manage contractor relationships and performance, ensure compliance with service contract requirements for all managed contracts.
- Effective communication with all contractors to ensure the site facilities are being used for the correct purpose, whilst ensuring the site is clean and maintained to the highest standards.
- Project is for 6+ months role (Strong possibility of extension)
- Temp to Perm opportunity (very strong possibility but no guarantee)
- Location: Sydney NSW, Macquarie Park
- Pay range is between $65 P/H and $80 P/H + Super
- Start ASAP!!! (Must be available immediately or minimum 1 week)
- Senior Facilities Manager / Retail+Fuels experience (Highly Desirable)
- Multi-Site experience (Must have)
- Managed vendors strong experience (Must have contract management level)
- No Criminal History (Must have)
- Working Rights in Australia (Must have)
- Successful candidate will be required to travel to Melbourne for 2 days for an induction in Melbourne*
