Senior Finance Business Analyst

Partner with Senior Leadership team, to generate analysis, insights, and provide recommendations to understand and improve the overall operation of this dynamic ASX listed FMCG environment. Deliver timely and accurate reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial education, and guidance. Work collaboratively with other Senior Business Analysts across the group to simplify, align and improve processes. Partner closely with a diverse range of financial and senior operational leaders to support the implementation of continuous improvement and project activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the NSW Operations management teams with Workforce planning, weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reporting as well as all ad-hoc requests and analysis.
• Analyzing, monitoring, and consolidating sites within NSW financial performance, determining, and recommending any corrective actions required.
• Support and communicate any update operational results and developing operational plans.
• Supporting productivity by providing clear cost-to-serve analysis to aid and influence decision making and monitoring benefit delivery.
• Providing guidance and coaching to the State Leadership and Operations teams regarding financial performance management.
• Providing financial performance insights, highlighting opportunities, measures of success, and trackability.
• Standardizing and improve financial performance reporting, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly requirements are addressed.

Requirements:

• CA or CPA qualified.
• Experience in large fast paced ASX environments is preferred.
• Experience working with a diverse mix of senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high-level of accuracy.
• Proactive and driven to improve internal processes and efficiencies.
• Australian Permanent Resident.
