Senior Finance Business Partner

The company:
Our client has a rich history as an FMCG and agriculture leader across Queensland and New South Wales. 

The role:
Reporting into the CFO, the Senior Finance Business Partner will play a key role, providing business support across operational financial activities for the Retail division. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Provide commercial input and analysis into strategy, business planning and execution.
• Drive business performance through the provision of commercial insights and the establishment of KPI’s as a measure of achievement.
• Design and deliver financial models that build accurate cost models 
• Responsible for the preparation, analysis and review of the monthly business performance across P&L, balance sheet and working capital.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process
• Provide understanding into the future performance and current risks/opportunities against the forecast

Skills/Experience Required:

• CA/CPA Qualified
• Experience in a similar role, ideally within the Retail space
• Natural commercial acumen with strong financial analysis and reporting experience
• SAP highly preferable 
• Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
• Experience leading and coaching a small team
