About the Role 
We are seeking a highly capable Senior Financial Accountant to play a key role in the finance team, heavily supporting the auditing function and streamlining accounting best practice to align with the strategic priorities of the business. 

• Leading process improvement and systems enhancement initiatives.
• Ensuring adherence to Australian Accounting Standards and company policies.
• Ensuring preparation and on occasion presentation of financial reports to the board. 
• Lead, mentor and support the finance team and provide oversight of their duties
• Preparation of costings, reporting, and budgeting for organisational projects
   

About You

• You are a real people person, you have solid experience stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring a team, with a real growth mindset.
• Proven ability to implement new systems and processes.
• CA/CPA Qualified with 5 years post-qualification
