About the role
As a Senior Functional Analyst, you will utilise your in-depth functional knowledge and your analysis skills to understand business processes and work with technical staff to design, implement and support solutions to solve business problems.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:

• Deliver and support technology solutions - primarily on the Microsoft technology stack
• As a key point of contact, coordinate between business and technology teams to ensure services are delivered based on priorities
• Develop technical and functional manuals to train technology and business staff

About you
To be successful in this role you will have:

• Functional and technical skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PowerApps
• Experience working in a Government or highly regulated organisation.
• Excellent business analysis, communication and collaboration skills
