Responsibilities:
- Provide professional administrative support to the High-Performance Managers functional areas to enable effective and efficient operational practices, while remaining agile and responsive to sport needs.
- Provide professional, quality and proficient administrative support to assist the High-Performance Managers in fulfilling their duties and ensure the integrity and efficiency of the function
- Work collaboratively with the High-Performance Managers to collate, analyse and report on performance data to enable high quality professional and impactful presentations and reports
- Perform Secretariat duties or administrative support for meetings as needed such as preparing agendas, recording meetings, managing and coordinating assigned actions and papers, and disseminating minutes in a timely manner
- Effectively plan and deliver work, maintaining documentation and processes, supporting communication and engagement activities, and contributing to program initiatives as required.
- Proactively contribute to the development and maintenance of templates, tools, including Athlete Monitoring System (AMS) and procedures to ensure effective and efficient processes are in place for the ongoing operations of the High-Performance Programs function.
- Support the High-Performance Managers to engage and collaborate with stakeholders to support the delivery of initiatives and programs of work.
- Deliver high quality project coordination, across the High-Performance Program functional areas, including arranging meetings, preparing agendas, recording actions and distribution of all documentation within agreed timelines.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Australian Performance Support system (including state institutes, Australian Institute of Sport, international and professional elite sport networks) to share knowledge and leverage opportunities.
- As a member of the QAS team, take shared accountability for setting a high- performance culture by owning and fostering our values and behaviours throughout our organisation.
