This position requires a self-starter, team player and someone with an eye for detail, who has the drive to make things happen to ensure tasks are delivered to a high-quality standard. The role requires someone who is an excellent communicator, able to easily build rapport with a wide variety of people, both internally and externally and can work independently to get things done to a high standard.
The key duties of the position include
- Coordinate graduate and other entry level programs, including recruitment, onboarding and induction.
- Provide support and guidance to entry level program participants throughout their program.
- Develop and implement entry level program policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the entry level programs.
- Undertake research and evaluation and collate the information for reporting and continual improvement to the entry level program offering.
- Manage the learning and development functions as well as programs/software, including LearnHub (or equivalent).
- Assist with the design, development and implementation of a wide range of organisational development strategies, such as leadership and management programs, studies assistance, DTA core skills and mandatory training.
- Assist with the design and delivery of biannual all staff conferences.
