Senior HR Advisor, Culture and Capability

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources practitioner to join the Culture and Capability team within the People and Culture Section. The role will cover employee development and retention activities, including leadership development, DTA's information series, DTA core skills, learning and development, employee value proposition, workforce planning and metrics.
This position requires a self-starter, team player and someone with an eye for detail, who has the drive to make things happen to ensure tasks are delivered to a high-quality standard. The role requires someone who is an excellent communicator, able to easily build rapport with a wide variety of people, both internally and externally and can work independently to get things done to a high standard.
The key duties of the position include

• Coordinate graduate and other entry level programs, including recruitment, onboarding and induction.
• Provide support and guidance to entry level program participants throughout their program.
• Develop and implement entry level program policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the entry level programs.
• Undertake research and evaluation and collate the information for reporting and continual improvement to the entry level program offering.
• Manage the learning and development functions as well as programs/software, including LearnHub (or equivalent).
• Assist with the design, development and implementation of a wide range of organisational development strategies, such as leadership and management programs, studies assistance, DTA core skills and mandatory training.
• Assist with the design and delivery of biannual all staff conferences.
