Due to their successes and growth, our client is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their team situated in Melbourne's CBD. As a truly hands on generalist position, this role will play a pivotal part in the firm's HR operations.. partnering with firm partners and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strength in handling complex Employee Relations cases by providing HR advice, direction and consultation to the business.
- Provide support and advice to managers on recruitment and acquisition within assigned business units
- Support managers with on-boarding, probation requirements and performance management
- Create and run HR policies and procedures
- Partner with the Senior Advisors and Partners across all areas of HR including administration, learning and development plans, change management and HR project management
- Ideal but not essential - Experience working within the Law / Professional Services sector
- Essential - Previous experience within a HR Advisor role for 3 + years or Senior Advisor Position for 1-2 years
- Essential - Experience partnering with Senior Leaders and working together on complex Employee Relations matters
- Essential - Outstanding relationship-building and influencing skills
