We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join one of our top clients. They are a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with offices both locally and internationally.This role is pivotal to the QLD operations, where you will serve as the leading HR professional in the region, working closely with the broader HR team while supporting the QLD Manager and the executive leadership team.
The position offers autonomy and independence, as well as an opportunity to leave a legacy and shape HR-related business decisions.
As someone who thrives in conversations at the senior leadership level, you will:
- Execute HR strategies in alignment with the objectives of the senior leadership team.
- Provide comprehensive support across various HR facets, including employee relations, performance management, termination processes, salary assessments, legal compliance, policy formulation, industrial relations, and compensation guidance.
- Foster collaboration across different HR teams, as well as with Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility.
- Engage in HR analytics tasks like salary benchmarking, turnover analysis, and compliance reporting.
- Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing domestic and international mobility, employee engagement, and wellbeing.
If you possess a relevant academic degree or HR certification and bring more than 6 years of HR Advisory experience, preferably within the professional services environment or a similar field, we would love to hear from you.
