Job Overview[
Compare Club is seeking a skilled Senior HR Business Partner to drive and support HR initiatives within our growing organization. You will facilitate a range of immediate and medium-term human resource management initiatives including workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, wellbeing, and culture change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, handling employee relations issues with professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy. Provide guidance and support in resolving conflicts and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Lead the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Execute a wide range of HR functions including , performance management, compensation and benefits administration, HR strategic initiatives, and HR analytics.
- Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that drive organizational growth and employee engagement.
- Lead change initiatives and organizational development efforts to support business evolution and enhance employee productivity and morale.
- Drive initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, recognition, and satisfaction.
- Significant HR Business partnering experience, with demonstrated experience in a strategic HR Business Partner role.
- Experience working with small/medium organisations.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, or related field
