Senior Human Resources Business PartnerReporting to the Executive Director of Human Resources, the Senior HRBP is responsible for implementing HR strategy by partnering with people leaders and employees to deliver ING business outcomes through the creation of great employee experience. As a member of the HR Leadership Team, you will demonstrate exceptional leadership, judgement, integrity, and results orientation to enable the achievement of business results.What you’ll do
- Partner with leaders, employees and the broader HR team to help execute a synergistic but business-specific talent strategy (capability enhancement, retention, selection, development and succession)
- Provide Leadership coaching to help increase effectiveness, devise and deliver strategic workforce plans
- Design and deliver performance and engagement initiatives, manage escalation and risk and promoting diversity and inclusion while modelling ING’s Orange Code (values).
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and passion for data to gain insights that help drive effective decision making.
- An ability to help enable and drive change and transformation through stakeholder respect and challenger thinking
- Understand, appreciate and ensuring adherence to banking and legislative regulation including FAR accountability - an inherent requirement of this role
- Have an undergraduate degree in Commerce, Law, Human Resources, Psychology or Business from a recognised university
