The role
Reporting to the Head of Performance & Culture you will be working with and supporting the internal employee lifecycle while providing advice and support to external stakeholders. With a growing business there is scope to assist in initiatives, projects, training and more.
Selection criteria
- Relevant HR qualification
- Proven HR generalist supporting the full employee lifecycle
- Strong stakeholder engagement and liaison skills
- Thorough understanding of legislation and awards
- ER / IR experience / exposure
