- Demonstrated experience in a senior HR role with comprehensive knowledge of Australian employment law.
About the role….
- Project-based work that will require a strong foundation in IR and ER
- Oversee HR systems and data offering HR technology solutions and ensuring appropriate audit controls are in place
- Manage HR analytics and reporting requirements.
- Support change management requirements whilst being familiar with HR trends and developments
- Research IR legislation and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date communication regarding updates and changes
- Effectively manage WorkCover claims
- Assist with developing and implementing strategic HR communication that aligns with company values.
Selection Criteria …

- Australian Employment Law Expertise: Share specific instances of your experience with Australian employment law where you served as primary contact for or assisted with IR matters.
- Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Provide instances where your analytical abilities and problem-solving skills have led to effective solutions in challenging situations.
- Technical Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Explain your advanced understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including how you have applied these tools in a professional setting to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Project Management Excellence: Highlight your proven project management skills, showcasing your experience in leading and delivering complex HR initiatives and transformations. Emphasise your ability to prioritise, manage, and execute multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, achieving high-quality results within stringent deadlines.
