- responding to HR policy queries and requests via ServiceNow chat and cases, and phone
- assisting with the administrative tasks relating to employee onboarding and offboarding
- processing changes to employment conditions
- maintaining employee records and electronic files
- preparing HR reports and statistics, and
- supporting with seasonal projects and campaigns.
- You have exceptional prioritisation and time management skills.
- You have strong written and verbal communication.
- Your ability to strictly follow standard operating procedures and adhere to SLAs is critical.
- You are comfortable and confident working with different IT systems and processes.
- You deliver excellent service through effective management of workload with a continuous improvement mindset.
- You are a team player that takes ownership and is comfortable working both individually and within a team.
