YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a customer focused Senior IT Support Analystto join our team based at Greystanes on a fixed-term contract for 12 Months!

Bringing your friendly and helpful nature to this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our people, in a professional, timely and courteous manner so that they can accomplish their business activities effectively.

This position will operate at a senior level in the IT Support Analyst team, providing guidance and building strong relationships to ensure that we are always providing a quality service.

What your new role entails:

• Field incoming requests from end users via our ticketing system
• Log all calls into the IT Service Management tool as per the Service Desk call handling process, ensuring all information of the enquiry is documented accurately
• Manage the relationship between Service Desk, internal customers and other WIS teams, building rapport and collecting problem details from Service Desk customers
• Provide guidance to IT Support Analysts to ensure they can develop their skills and provide better services
• Prioritise and schedule the resolution of incidents and fulfilment of service requests, providing point of escalation (when required) to the appropriate escalation team
• Working collaboratively with other Support Analysts, assisting in resolution of calls

To be successful, you will have:

• Desk support experience and working knowledge of IT diagnostic utilities
• Understanding of Windows10 fundamentals and experience with operating systems
• Experience with supporting Microsoft O365, Microsoft Dynamics USD and Fin Ops
• Excellent team collaboration skills, with a hands-on and proactive approach
• High level interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building and communication
• Qualifications in Business or IT, or equivalent industry experience will be highly regarded
