Salary

Depending on prior experience range is 

$80000 to $90000 Inc Super + Fuel Card and Perks

Role Overview

The IT Support Engineer will tackle escalated support requests, working to solve problems that our Junior Helpdesk Technicians cannot. This role is central to maintaining our high level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated helpdesk tickets efficiently.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting, both remotely and on-site.
• Utilize and manage our Remote Management & Monitoring (RMM) tools and Ticketing System.
• Support project teams as needed.
• Keep up-to-date with IT trends and technologies.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Strong problem-solving skills and technical proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical language for non-technical individuals.
• Experience with operating systems, business applications, network systems, and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of tools like HaloPSA/SyncroRMM and experience with 3CX or similar hosted phone systems.
• Understanding of Cyber Security.
• Full Australian Driver’s License.

Nice-to-Have

• Previous experience in a Helpdesk or MSP/IT Support role.
• Familiarity with remote support tools and ticket management.
