Role
You will join a high performing team taking responsibility for the in-house legal function. Responsibilities will include:

• Management of commercial disputes.
• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Management of compliance.
• Provision of ER/IR advice.
• Managing, coaching and mentoring the team.
• Advising internal stakeholders on intellectual property law.
• Ensuring internal contracts and policies are updated.

While employment law experience is necessary, you will have general corporate/commercial experience and compliance expertise. You will enjoy the muti faceted nature of this role and the ability to utilise your commercial acumen. The ability to lead, influence and motivate others will be second nature as is your positive approach to a busy workload and strong team ethic.
