The Role
Your role as a Senior Manager will be to manage workflow across the team and supervise, mentor and train team members. You will add value from your previous experience in a managerial role and pass on your experience to the more junior staff. The role will also involve reviewing work and tracking performance.
Further Responsibilities
- A proactive approach to developing and maintaining client relationships for a broad group of clients from business owners to professionals from a diverse range of industries
- Ensuring work is delivered to a high standard and all client expectations are met
- Working closely with clients on a range of business advisory needs
- Assists in completion of complex company, partnership, trust and SMSF tax returns & financials.
- Review compliance work and provide guidance to staff
- Actively contribute to the growth and development of the firm by identifying business development opportunities and referral networks etc
The Applicant
- 8+ years’ experience in Business Services & Tax
- Degree Qualification in Accounting, Finance, IT or a related field
- CA/CPA Qualified
- Strong communication skills to negotiate and influence and build strong working relationships
- Management skills and an engaging personality
