Role:
As a Field Marketing -Senior Manager, JAPAC in the Oracle Construction and Engineering Global Business Unit, you will ensure market success of the product portfolio across the ANZ and Asia regions.
You will plan, regionalize and execute go-to-market strategies that connect our industry-leading products with their ideal customers, work with corporate marketing to drive awareness and demand generation, and enable tactical and strategic selling across the JAPAC countries. As a critical member of the JAPAC team, you will participate in setting regional goals and advocate for your regional marketing needs. Working with corporate, product and audience marketing, you will tailor positioning, messaging, content, and programs leveraging key customers, subject matter experts, and industry influencers.
Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
Maintain regional market knowledge. Track industry trends, processes, challenges, and opportunities. Identify competitive solutions’ strengths and weaknesses. Track key customers.
Target buyers. Define best-fit target audiences, understand personas - their challenges, how they buy and their key buying criteria.
Regionalize global positioning to resonate with your target buyer personas. Build and tell a compelling story across all marketing and sales channels. Work closely with subject matter experts to create regionalized thought leadership content and evangelize the solution.
Identify strategic and tactical opportunities to reach key personas through press, advertising, community sponsorships, digital media, and events.
Regionalize global go-to-market strategies, campaigns and programs. Plan and execute corporate, business unit, and local programs.
Work closely with product and audience marketing to create supporting content, sales tools, playbooks, customer facing presentations, strategy and vision decks.
Support corporate and business unit marketing planning, including key activities and budgets to both acquire and retain customers, advocate for regional needs.
Track and analyze results of all initiatives.
Act as thought leader for the region’s marketing efforts.
Preferred skills and experience
Located in Melbourne.
10 years of marketing experience in B2B, SaaS industry.
Significant experience marketing across JAPAC region.
Construction application experience a plus.
Experience performing market sizing and segmentation.
Experience crafting differentiated messaging in competitive markets.
Experience orchestrating marketing plans and programs across digital and traditional channels.
Experience driving and tracking leads through BDR and field sales teams.
Solid proof of presentation, writing, and general communication skills.
Excellent time management and organization skills with attention to detail.
Self-starter with strong business acumen who truly wants to build something great.
Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or related field.
MBA a plus.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
