Join us to broaden your horizons, explore diverse opportunities, and be part of delivering sustainable change.Overview of the roleAs the Director of Global Performance, you will play a linchpin role in owning and consolidating all areas related to group-wide business reporting, including the financial, ESG, Sales, People and Project Delivery components.Reporting into the Head of Reporting and leading a team of highly motivated analysts, you will be responsible for the Group’s monthly management reporting process, including the delivery of high-quality consolidated Performance Reporting, analysis and commercially focused insights to the Group executive and the Board. Working closely with Investor Relations, you will also play a key role in the finalisation, accuracy and messaging of the Group’s externally reported results.Your key deliverables will include yet not be limited to the following:
- Monthly Board Report, including risk indicators
- Monthly Group Executive Pack
- Half Year and Full Year Investor Presentation
- Production of the group’s monthly business reporting process (financial and non-financial) and key performance indicators to the Group Executive and Board of Directors for decision making.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with groups including C level executives, board of directors and Investor Relations
- Degree qualification in business, accounting or similar discipline
- CA / CPA qualified
