- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide effective leadership and guidance to the tax, accounting, superannuation, and BAS preparation team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and objectives.
- Develop strategic plans and initiatives to drive growth and profitability within the tax, accounting, superannuation, and BAS preparation division.
- Possess a deep understanding of Australian tax laws, accounting principles, superannuation regulations, and BAS preparation requirements.
