ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Senior Marketing Coordinator you will work closely with the Head of Retail Marketing to execute, support, and assist with the delivery of print, digital and social media assets, from concepts, to creative, through to production and execution.
In this role you are required to maintain a consistent voice across all touch points, aligned with our brand and trade communication goals, across CRM, social media, website, online and traditional print channels.
Organic Social Media & Influencer Engagement:
- Collaborate with the Head of Retail Marketing to create a social media content strategy & influencer outreach, coordinate photoshoots, create engaging copy, schedule, and monitor all organic social media platforms and regular reporting.
Community Engagement:
- Foster and nurture a vibrant online community by responding to comments, messages and mentions, monitor social media channels and encourage user-generated content and customer advocacy.
Website Content:
- Manage and execute updates to the LUV website as required
Retail Marketing:
- In collaboration with the Head of Retail Marketing, develop marketing strategies, Implement yearly marketing calendar of promotions and collaborate with the retail team to conceptualise and execute in-store promotions, events, seasonal launches and campaigns
Traditional Media (Pr, Media, Directories, Print):
- Maintain relationships with local media, local directories and print, and with content creators, and brand ambassadors.
Other:
- Collaborate with the Head of Retail Marketing & Digital Marketing Manager to ensure the paid marketing strategy aligns, collaborate with the Head of Retail Marketing to execute the email marketing strategy, monitor and analyse marketing campaigns and results, and report on activity weekly and monthly.
- Ad-Hoc tasks as required
ABOUT YOU:
- A minimum of 3+ years Marketing experience
- Qualifications in Marketing highly desired
- Experience in Copy Writing
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts and community engagement.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in Bridal and/or fashion marketing highly desirable
