Senior Marketing Manager
- Deliver the brand marketing strategy across realestate.com.au, realcommercial.com.au and Flatmates brands.
- 14 month fixed-term contract.
- Lead a team of 6 marketers and graphic designers.

What the role is all about
Reporting into the Head of Consumer Marketing, you will deliver the brand and audience strategy across our realestate.com.au, realcommercial.com.au and Flatmates brands. The responsibilities of the role include:
- Lead a team of six marketers and graphic designers.
- Deliver integrated marketing and communications campaigns across realestate.com.au, realcommercial.com.au and Flatmates to execute against brand strategy.
- Manage media planning and buying, including media and communications strategies and roll-out plans, working closely with media agency to monitor campaign performance.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of brand and creative strategies to deliver highly successful campaigns.
- Ownership of REA social media strategy and activity, including partnering with external agencies and internal content teams to achieve business objectives.
- Partner with in-house market research team to deliver regular brand health and equity measurement for key brands.
- Be the key point of contact for Product on development, positioning and execution of marketing/communications plans for campaigns and new product features.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Customer and Product groups to ensure campaigns are implemented successfully and achieve optimal results.
- Oversee development of regular reports and dashboards to senior leadership with specific insights and recommendations.
- Direct responsibility for managing priorities, timelines, costs, contracts and ongoing communications with external partners.
- Accountability for marketing budget, keeping all campaigns within budget and being the conduit between finance and marketing leadership.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for that special spark! People with passion and values that mirror our own.
- You have proven experience in a creative and/or media agency to create and measure world-class campaigns.
- Media buying experience across ATL channels, either as part of a media agency or large consumer brand, including extensive paid media budget management experience.
- Demonstrated experience in working with digital products and teams.
- A proven ability to leverage consumer research to develop messaging and programs that drive growth.
- You have a proven record of successfully launching products and programs.
- You're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, at ease with frequent pivots in priorities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Commerce or other appropriate discipline or extensive experience in a similar environment.
- 10 years+ in marketing and media.
- Strong resource (internal staff/external partners/agencies) management experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication and project management skills.
- Prior experience leading a marketing team of four or more.
- Ability to correlate results from data analysis to stakeholders and to suggest improvements.
