A unique opportunity has emerged to join us on a 12-month contract as a Senior Marketing Manager in our Marketing Transformation team, working within the thriving Customer marketing function.
We're seeking a candidate with a passion for personalisation, customer data, change management, and large-scale transformation.

What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Transformation, you'll work closely together and partner with Coles Digital, Technology and Coles 360, to drive strategy, develop compelling business cases and unlock funding to elevate our personalisation capability, supporting growth of customer lifetime value and business growth.
You'll also
- Develop a centre of Digital Marketing analytics excellence
- Set up the Digital Marketing Analytics team for success, providing clarity and direction
- Develop and optimise workflows to collaborate, plan, communicate milestones
- Conduct preliminary prioritisation and seek endorsements to prioritise activity between Customer and Coles Digital functions
- Act as a SME embedding knowledge and expertise across the Customer Function and other teams.
Tertiary qualified in Advertising/Marketing/Business/Commerce, you have 10+ years' experience in a CRM, loyalty, direct marketing, Digital Marketing, or data role.
You thrive in change and can demonstrate guiding and inspiring your team through a transformative period and bringing people along on a journey toward an ambitious outcome.
You'll also need:
- Extensive data driven marketing, analytics expertise, working with large data-sets and audiences
- Experience managing agency partners
- Strong leadership & people management experience
- MarTech expertise integrating, embedding and scaling MarTech platforms usage
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally to deliver results
- Agility to hit the ground running in a dynamic environment.
