The role Due to growth within their business, a position has been created for a Senior Marketing Manager to join the team. Reporting to the CEO this role will see you play the lead role in the marketing of their large-scale masterplanned community developments. Key responsibilities will include: Identify, Engage, & Manage Consultants Develop, Maintain, & Support the Group’s Social Media Strategy Create & Implement Project Marketing Strategies for Developments Develop and maintain Marketing and Sales Management Plans Complete Marketing Campaign Analysis & Present Results to the Board Skills & experience To be considered for this position it is essential that you have current experience as a marketing professional in masterplanned community developments.
