About the role
We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Marketing Specialist, who can develop and execute the marketing & promotions strategy across Parra Leagues Groups venues. in line with business purpose and objectives.
Reporting to the General Manager, Marketing the Senior Marketing Specialist will bring extensive experience in leadership, analysis, management of marketing campaigns, event activation and stakeholder management.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, plan and execute leading marketing campaigns for various venues to drive membership engagement and growth
- Detailed analysis and reporting on Marketing Campaigns and performance
- Build effective working relationships with key internal stakeholders across a variety of departments and levels of management
- Management of external agencies including creative, mail house and Media agencies
- Knowledge and adherence of compliance regulations relating to Marketing which includes RSA, RCG, Registered Clubs Act
What makes you perfect for the role?
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in similar role
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or related discipline (preferred but not required)
- Team management and leadership experience with demonstrated ability to development and mentor staff
- Proven experience and success across all disciplines of Marketing
- Excellent project management skills, familiar with project management tools such as Click-up, Trello, Asana
- Willing to occasionally work outside normal hours to attend social functions and events
- Driver’s licence and car as you will be travelling between Parra Leagues Club Group sites
- RSA Certificate & RCG Certificate (or willing to obtain)
