Form of work We have been part of the medical community for more than 20 years, proudly serving Ipswich and the surrounding areas. Our team is 4 surgeons working over multiple sites. We treat patients of all ages and cover all aspects of ENT care.
To be successful, the individual should have:
- High levels of professionalism and interpersonal skills
- A strong focus on patient care
- The ability to work both in a team environment and individually
- A minimum of 3 years experience in medical reception with proficiency in administration tasks
- Experience in Genie / Gentu software
- Experience in Eclipse medical billing software
- The ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- A proactive approach, with the willingness to learn and grow with our team
- The ability to take on new responsibilities as required
