About the Role
Ramsay Clinic New Farm is seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic administration professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service join our supportive and dedicated team in our Consulting Suites.
This position will be permanent part-time, working 4 days a week, Monday to Friday. There is flexibility as to what those 4 days will be as we are open to discussing this with the successful candidate.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a well-presented individual with highly developed communication and organisational skills. Your high attention to detail and accuracy, strong computer skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities will see you succeed in this role.
You will also bring:
Specialist medical reception experience, minimum 5 years’ essential
Experience with Patient Management Systems
Professional phone manner and approach to work
Proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work autonomously and harmoniously as part of a team.

About Us
Ramsay Clinic New Farm is a dedicated mental health care facility in Brisbane and a leader in the provision of private mental health care in Australia. We offer a comprehensive range of inpatient and day and community programs that specialise in the treatment of general mental health, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, personality disorders and trauma. We also offer dedicated eating disorder as well as substance misuse and addiction treatment programs.

Requirements
Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
