This position is part of the Workforce Strategy team that supports the sector to understand and plan for its workforce needs now and into the future. They are delving into workforce data, trends and impacts to inform options and solutions so we have a great public sector for Western Australians.
Our team is now after a critical and analytical thinker who can turn concepts into actions and build strong relationships.
You’ll have skills in gathering data and research from a range of sources, analysing this information and drawing from it meaningful insights.
Using these insights, you’ll be involved in developing and delivering strategic workforce initiatives with sectorwide impact, providing timely and accurate advice, planning activities, preparing reports and collaborating to deliver outcomes. Driven by a sense of purpose, you’ll demonstrate the highest standards of honesty and integrity, and add value to our dynamic and supportive team.
