This role exists within our Workforce Strategies (WFS) specialist practice, which is part of Marsh Advisory. WFS is a dynamic practice driven by a large and impressive team of consultants who specialise in the Health, Safety and Wellbeing field.What is in it for you?Support our largest client with strategic solutionsGrow your own career in safety, people and business managementWork within a large team of highly skilled consultantsWork for a Reputable Global LeaderThe successful applicant will:Coach and mentor consultants to support and grow their careersWork with other leaders across the team to achieve project outcomes and KPIsProvide the client with strategic and operational solutions to their safety and risk management needsWork closely with client leadership to improve OHS performance and overall safety at client sitesMaintain our relationship with our largest client, including operational and strategy meetings, and project managementEnsure deadlines are met on time and in scope, and work is of an excellent qualityAdministration and end of month time management reporting and invoicingWhat you need to have: Crucial to your success in this role is the ability to effectively communicate, problem solve, influence and build credible relationships at all levels, both internally and with clients. Strong organisation and planning skills, as well the ability to work with high levels of initiative and to strict deadlines are essential in this role.Strong industry experiencePrior experience working within a consulting environment would be highly regardedExcellent communication skills and client management skillsProject management skillsA Bachelors degree in WHS, and/or related disciplines would be highly regardedAre you Ready to Join?Applications can be considered from candidates who have the appropriate approval to work in Australia.
