Senior Payroll & Accounts Officer

$100,000 + Super - Full time/perm role - Mount Waverley location - work close to home in the South East with great business and friendly team.

Due to expansion and growth, my client based in Mount Waverley is seeking a Senior Payroll & Accounts Officer to assist with the day-to-day management of Payroll & Accounts duties. Reporting into the Finance Manager who will look to inspire & support you to foster long term business knowledge within a growing and thriving industry. You must be able to work in the office at their Mount Waverley head office.
THE ROLE

• Organise and conduct all activities relating to timesheets.
• Organise and conduct all activities relating to the weekly pay cycle.
• Maintain annual leave calendar and annual leave liability to management.
• Maintain sick leave entitlement spreadsheet.
• Maintain LSL spreadsheet and calculate LSL prepayments.
• Calculate redundancy payments and enter data.
• Organise and conduct activities relating to apprentices.
• Organise and conduct all activities relating to payroll.
• Calculate and submit WorkCover remunerations.
• Co-operate with management in its fulfilment of its legislative obligations.
• Organise and conduct activities relating to Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.
• Call customers to schedule due payments.
• Adhoc Admin tasks
• Organise and conduct all activities relating to new and current staff.
• Organise and conduct all activities relating to Subcontractors.
