The Role
As a senior member of the payroll team, your role will include:
-oversee accurate, efficient and timely processing for all companies of approx 2000 staff
-mentor and support the payroll team ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies
-prepare, analyse and reconcile data reporting for the team
The Person
You are an experienced payroll professional with 3-5 years experience working in a large, complex company environment. Some keys to your success include:
-advanced excel skills including pivot tables and vlookups
-methodical approach to work and strong attention to detail
-strong analytical and problem solving skills
-Chris21 and/or Workday experience is highly desirable
