Senior People and Culture Adviser - Learning & Development If your looking for an opportunity in Federal Government then this is the role for you!!!
As the Senior People and Culture Adviser specialising in Learning & Development, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing effective learning solutions for one of our highly reputable Federal Government Clients Your responsibilities will include:
Demonstrating expertise in instructional design by analysing, designing, and developing various learning solutions, such as eLearning courses, facilitator guides, learner guides/workbooks, self-paced learning guides, and on-the-job learning tools.
Creating digital learning assets, including photos, images, info graphics, video, audio, animations, and interactive eLearning assets, adhering to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standards.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure learning solutions align with Commission reforms and operational plans, fostering productive partnerships.
Mentoring junior team members in instructional design and training program development under the guidance of Assistant Directors.
Providing expert advice and support to Assistant Directors and the Director of Culture Capability and Performance.
Project managing learning projects/activities to ensure quality deliverable within specified timelines.
Essential Requirements: To excel in this role, you must possess:
Demonstrated skill and experience in designing and delivering outcomes-based and technical learning programs within a regulatory environment.
Proficiency in formal instructional design techniques grounded in adult learning principles and practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling the development of productive relationships with internal stakeholders.
Experience utilising rapid eLearning/authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Vyond, and Canva to create engaging eLearning assets.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office365 suite programs, including MS Teams and Task Planner.
Desirable Requirements: While not mandatory, possessing the following qualifications would be advantageous:
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122).
