Seeking a dedicated Team Coordinator to join our team. Provide executive assistance to our Head of HR and Training, and build your knowledge and experience in the delivery of HR and training services to the business.

As our HR and Training Team Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Head of HR and Training and leadership team in the delivery of HR and training services to the business. From managing the Head of HR and Training’s calendar and team schedules to assisting with HR and training activities, your expertise will be essential to our Function’s success.

Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The Team Coordinator role will provide executive assistance to the Head of HR and Training. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team with a focus on project deliverables and timelines. The successful candidate will also undertake administration duties including setting up meetings, taking minutes, managing schedules, booking travel, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders and partners. They will demonstrate integrity, excellent organisation skills, as well as curiosity and willingness to learn new skills.

You will:

  • Provide end to end coordination and administration support to HR and Training.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (executive level professionals and those in executive support roles) to ensure co-ordination and scheduling of activities.
  • Responsible for the coordination and administration of meetings including anticipating needs with regard to preparation of agendas
  • Manage the documentation for regular project meetings, drafting, creating, editing, proof reading and collating.
  • Proactively, following-through on project deliverables and agreed actions often with deadline pressures.
  • Maintaindiscretion and confidentiality of all information and relationships with all stakeholders and matters.
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of HR and Training and the leadership team within the Function.

  • Possess strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail and organisational skills; ability to multi-task and manage competing prioritise
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stress in a demanding and fast paced environment
  • The desire to learn new skills, willingness to adapt and be proactive in suggesting innovative solutions to improve efficiency
  • An interest in HR and/or training
  • A qualification in business, HR or Learning and Development is desired but not essential if substantiated by demonstrated experience.
