Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Lead recruitment team and onboarding processes to ensure the organisation attracts and retains top talent
  • Oversee employee relations team, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Provide coaching and guidance to senior managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices
  • Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organisation
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives
  • Maintain accurate HR records and data to support decision-making and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles
  • Strong understanding of Australian HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment, employee relations, and performance management processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Full Australian Work Rights
  • Available immediately or with a short notice period
