ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the successfully appointed Senior P & C Partner, you will lead the way in delivering top-tier, efficient human resource services with a primary focus on fostering collaborative partnerships. Your responsibilities will encompass Employee Relations, industrial relations, employment policies, and facilitating the return of injured employees to the workforce.

WHAT WE SEEK:
- Expertise in employment law and industrial relations:
Demonstrate a robust understanding of employment law and showcase your extensive experience in industrial relations.
- Comprehensive HR knowledge:
Exhibit a strong comprehension of general HR practices, policies and procedures, with a particular emphasis on Employee Relations, including EBAs, OH&S and return to work initiatives.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or relevant field:
Possess a relevant tertiary qualification, underscoring your commitment to professional excellence.
