Senior Procurement and Contracts Advisor View Position Description Temporary 2 year, Full-time position Annualised Band 6 Salary Package, $106,698 to $115,261 per annum (inclusive of super) An exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team The RoleThe Senior Procurement and Contracts Advisor will support the Strategic Procurement Unit to achieve best practice in Procurement, Tendering and Contract Management activities for the City of Ballarat. Responsibilities include: Providing Procurement and contract management advice to key stakeholders, systems support and training in accordance with the Procurement Policy, other Policies and the requirements as outlined in the Local Government Act. Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve organisational practices and assist with the identification of instances of non-compliance within tendering processes.
