Role Summary:
The Senior Product Manager DER role is an opportunity in Customer Distributed Energy Resources Team based at our Perth Forrest Centre site.
The role manages all aspects of the Distributed Energy Resources (DER) product portfolio and ensures achievement of DER product targets, product commerciality measures and management of issues impacting the portfolio.
Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Analyse customer and market research to optimise existing products, identify new product development opportunities and develop new products in line with the DER Product Roadmap.
• Manage all aspects of products in DER portfolio including P/L accountability, go-to-market strategy, promotional activities, pricing strategies and critical assessment of products’ performance.
• Manage and drive benefits and objective realization across every DER product and initiative driven by this role per DER team’s mandate.
• Thorough understanding of DER product performance (financial, customer, operations etc) and ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders critical for product delivery.
• Oversee and contribute to the delivery of product campaigns and communication strategies.

What you’ll bring:

• At least 3 – 5 years of Product management or marketing experience.
• Experience in developing, executing, and maintaining products and services.
• Strong DER knowledge.
• Working experience in WA Energy, New energy, or Utility industries.
• Effective stakeholders and partner management.
