- They have secured their work for 2024 and are seeking an experienced PM to work on one of their key new projects
- A role on one of their key new projects - you will be joining an existing team of Senior PM's leading the business into their next phase of evolution
- High calibre CA and/or PE support - you will have experienced staff supporting you
- Project Planning & Programming
- Budget Management
- Subcontractor and Supplier Negotiation
- Team Leadership
- Contract Management
- Risk Management
- Contractor Communications
- Site Team Management
- Progress Reporting
- Client Relations
- A track record in successful project delivery of commercial construction projects - D&C experience would be beneficial and/or experience in specialist commercial builds involving laboratories, clean rooms, health or similar
- Outstanding client and stakeholder management skill - this company owes it success to repeat business and nurturing relationships
- Keen financial acumen with strong reporting skills
- A salary package up to the value of $220k with all tools of trade for a PM supplied
- Handy offices in the inner suburbs though it is likely you will be operating in a site based capacity
- Cutting edge systems for financials, OH&S, QS and Environmental Reporting
