Senior Project Manager : Engineering

About the role:
Reporting to the Executive Project Director, with a direct reporting line to the Director, Technical, ICT and FM once appointed, the Senior Project Manager: Engineering will support the new Arden Hospital Campus Project infrastructure development with technical, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Facilities Management (FM) expertise. This role will also support the integration of project requirements including; engineering, cost, constructability and land planning and environment.

* Project Management Skills: Demonstrated skills in managing technical, constructability, cost and facilities management components of PPPs or other High Value High Risk projects to deliver outcomes that meet quality, cost and time specifications, This would include supporting the integration of land planning and environment factors.

Qualifications
An appropriate tertiary qualification in construction, architecture, building, engineering or equivalent experience.
Technical expertise
* Experienced engineer in major infrastructure projects with complex enabling works and interfaces.
* Ability to understand, translate and coordinate experts across various engineering disciplines, without being a specialist in the respective area(s)
